Toll Brothers to offer homes in Anthem Ranch
The developer of Anthem Colorado, has announced that Toll Brothers, one of the nation’s leading home building companies, will begin offering homes this summer in the active-adult community of Anthem Ranch. Toll Brothers will be building in the new neighborhood of Longview Village, offering a dozen or more homes plans.
Toll Brothers, whose stock is traded on the New York Stock Exchange, is well-versed in the age 55+ housing market, having created 50 active-adult communities in 10 states since 1999. The company has also established a reputation for being a premier builder of luxury homes. Named Builder of the Year in 2012 by Professional Builder magazine, Toll Brothers is the only company to win the award twice.
Neighborhoods in the community where the company builds will be identified as “Anthem Ranch by Toll Brothers.”
