Welcome, shorties. Anthem is well-versed when it comes to kids’ activities. Besides providing our younger residents with good schools, parks and friendly neighbors to play with, we’re always planning something fun to do at the Parkside Community Center.
After all the end-of-year celebrating, January can feel a little … quiet. We think it’s the perfect time for a bit of post-holiday cheer (while finding your dream home, which is pretty cheery all by itself) at Party of Two, Lennar’s Model Home Grand Opening on January 5.
One of our favorite things about Anthem is how generous our residents are. We are fortunate to live and work in this beautiful community, and we are honored to share with those who have found themselves in a difficult situation through our special volunteer opportunities.
Who doesn’t love the pool party days of summer? But here at Anthem, we think fall and winter deserves equal time for neighborly get-togethers. Which is why we have some awesome autumn events up our fun-loving sleeves.
It's going to be a great weekend. Make that weekends. Because the annual Parade of Homes is being held every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from August 9th to 26th. Stop by between 11am and 6pm and tour Anthem's five featured parade homes from our esteemed builders.
Save the dates. And there are quite a few, if you live at Anthem. Because we think our idyllic, not-too-hot, not-too-cold Colorado summers deserve celebrating with good friends, food and fun things to do. So dig out your flip-flops and lawn chairs.
Creativity is a renewable resource, they say. For children, it’s the power that fuels their every day. So we’re encouraging Anthem kids to apply their endlessly creative minds to…cardboard. And to have a ton of fun while they’re at it.
Summer is winding down but but the fun is just starting in Anthem Highlands and Anthem Ranch. With outdoor concerts, movies in the park, a dog pool party, and ballroom dance fun, you still have lots of chances to connect with your neighbors and enjoy the Colorado lifestyle.
10,000 steps each day is the magical number doctors recommend for overall health. But it can sometimes feel like a challenge to rack up those steps. In Anthem, you'll find dozens of ways to reach your goals without it feeling like a chore.
