Coming soon: a new way to live in Anthem
Hello, home-at-the-right-price. And home-at-the-right-time, too. In early 2018, Richmond American Homes will open four new model homes in Anthem Highlands. Two collections, Vista and Retreat, offer 13 unique floor plans, some altogether new to metro Denver.
Priced from the low $500s, the Vista collection includes both ranch and two-story floor plans ranging from approximately 1,900 to 2,650 square feet and up to six bedrooms. You’ll be able to tour two models from this collection: The Arlington, a ranch with seamless flow from spacious great room to dining room and gourmet kitchen; and the Skylar, a two-story with extras such as a downstairs flex room (use it as a study or formal dining room) and a luxurious primary bath.
Homes in the Retreat collection are a bit larger—up to 7 bedrooms and approximately 3,950 square feet—at prices from the mid $500s. Explore the Daniel, a ranch that surprises with its expansive spaces, including a private study with double doors, nicely separated from the living areas. The Dayton is made for entertaining, featuring a gourmet kitchen with large optional island that bridges kitchen to breakfast nook and great room.
The location for all of these homes is prime, near the Parkside Center, a 32,000-square-foot resort-style community center. Some homesites overlook ponds, trails and open space, and offer unobstructed Flatiron mountain views. All are now available for sale.
