Flatirons Tour of Homes: Home Shop at our Tour Stop.
On May 5-6 and May 12-13, Anthem won’t just be a stop on the Flatirons Home Tour. It will be the biggest stop. This annual event showcases innovative architecture, exciting floorplans and high-end finishes, and the five Anthem homes on the tour easily live up to those standards. Which means you’ll leave with inspiration and ideas—or maybe even a new home.
We don’t want to give out any spoilers, but here’s a sneak peek at what you’ll see. And remember, it doesn’t cost anything to look. The event is free to the public!
Three homes in Anthem Highlands showcase two-story, luxury living. You’ll be wowed by CalAtlantic by Lennar’s Residence 6C05, with its hearth room and impressive kitchen island, for starters. (And don’t get us started on the views.)
When you enter Epic Homes’ Pinnacle, you’ll look all the way through to the dramatic 2-story grand room. And if that’s not elegant enough, take note of private wine room off the dining room.
And then there’s Richmond American’s Dayton. It’s an entertainer’s dream, with a formal dining room, expansive great room and gourmet kitchen with immense center island.
Toll Brothers’ Venable in 55+ Anthem Ranch will make a big impact … literally. With an oversized private study and a great room that lives up to its name. Even the pantry is huge!
David Weekley’s Windpointe, also in Anthem Ranch, shows how low-maintenance living can still be high style. With a seamless connection from indoors to out, and lots of areas to entertain.
You can start your tour any time, by simply going to any of the tour homes. No need to check in or register. Just pick up a map at a tour home (just look for the Tour of Homes yard signs!) And come thirsty. Each stop on the Anthem tour will have refreshments waiting for you!
