Three weekends. Five Parade homes. (And one could be yours!)
It’s going to be a great weekend. Make that weekends. Because the annual Parade of Homes is being held every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from August 9th to 26th. Stop by between 11am and 6pm and tour Anthem’s five featured parade homes from our esteemed builders. Heading here on Saturday? Make sure to visit the Parkside Center between 11am and 2pm, for a handcrafted smoothie!
Here’s a little sneak peek of what you’ll see:
Residence 6C05 from CalAtlantic Homes is big on style—and size. At over 4,400 square feet, it features 4 bedrooms, 4 baths and a 3-car garage. We think (make that know) you’ll love the kitchen, with its impressive island and adjoining hearth room.
The Pinnacle by Epic Homes is, in a word, dramatic. With a 2-story great room. A 2-story entry with elegant staircase. An optional wine room. And plenty of ways to make the home your own—like choosing whether you want your master suite in the front or back of the home, to take advantage of the best views. Need a lot of space? This home can offer up to 6,125 square feet, with 4 to 8 bedrooms!
Another home larger families will love is the Dayton by Richmond American Homes. Five bedrooms make this perfect for those with many kids—or frequent guests. The huge center island is the heart of the home. And the relaxing master bedroom with oversized shower is the perfect getaway from a hectic day.
Not looking for so much room (or so many rooms?) The single-story Arlington, also by Richmond American Homes, features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and convenient details like a mudroom and optional covered patio.
And for visitors 55 and over, the award-winning Windpointe by David Weekley in Anthem Ranch offers 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and stylish (not to mention low-maintenance) one-story living. You’ll love the open floorplan and seamless connection to the outdoors.
Whether you’re attending the Parade of Homes for design ideas, to see what’s new, or to find your next home, we’re sure you can do it all here. So mark your calendar (you’ll be glad you did).
