Festival of New … whew!
Well that was fun. Last week, over 500 people turned out for the unveiling of six new models by our newest builders, Epic Homes and Richmond American Homes, at the Festival of New.
The new models showcase the new collections, featuring designs never before seen at Anthem and mark the opening of a brand new neighborhood.
For instance there was Epic’s award-winning Summit model. It’s big and bright, yet it has comfort-inducing details like a bedroom coffee bar.
Then there’s the flexible two-story Epic Pinnacle, with the options like a multi-generational suite and a wine room.
Richmond unveiled the Arlington, a cozy ranch that still has space for a great room, dining room and a deluxe primary suite with a walk-in closet.
Also from Richmond, the two-story Skylar is charming from every angle. Especially the gourmet kitchen that adds the convenience of a walk-in pantry and mudroom off the owners entrance.
For something a little more indulgent, try Richmond’s two-story Dallas. With both front and side garages, a generous front porch, a formal dining room and a great room fireplace.
Finally, everyone loved the entertaining possibilities of Richmond’s two-story Dayton. The gourmet kitchen (professional kitchen optional) and great room are made for parties. While the primary suite with deluxe bath make quiet time a treat as well.
That’s just part of what’s new. Attendees were also introduced to Thunder Vista, Anthem’s new P-8 school. As well as Anthem Reserve, a new enclave of homes at one of Broomfield’s highest points that is set to open later this year.
Of course it wouldn’t be a festival if we didn’t throw a great party. Everyone who came got to enjoy tasty treats, live music, barista-made coffee drinks, a fun photo op, and crafts for the kids by our very own Lifestyle Team.
