Bring questions. Cindy at Lennar has answers.
New Home Consultant Cindy Ditallo has been selling Lennar homes for 20 years. And she’s lived in one for 19. (That’s practically love at first sight.) So she’s always happy to chat about the builder, as well as show you their two new model homes, the Stonehaven and the Graham.
First things first, though, Cindy will help you zero in on the kind of home you’re looking for. And your time frame. “We have a good inventory of quick move-in homes if you’re in a hurry,” says Cindy. “But if you’d like to really personalize your home, we can build from the ground up too.”
That brings up another buyer favorite about Lennar: their Everything’s Included® program. After researching customers’ most desirable features, the builder took the unusual move of including them in the base price. Think upgraded cabinetry, hardwood flooring, LED lighting and air conditioning. Even whole-home connectivity comes standard. Every Lennar home is pre-wired with the ability to control your lights, front door lock and thermostat just by talking to Alexa. “People love that there are no surprises when it comes to the final price,” Cindy says.
You’ll see all of this when you tour the models, of course. About the two-story Stonehaven, Cindy says the great room’s vaulted ceilings bring a “wow factor” to the home. Families also really appreciate the pocket office, just off the breakfast nook. “It’s a great homework station and can also work as a small home office,” says Cindy. And with 4 or 5 bedrooms, this home offers excellent space for growing families.
In contrast, the Graham is a ranch—but still manages to offer 3 bedrooms if you need them or 2 bedrooms and a study if you don’t. Cindy points out the covered deck that you can view from the family room. And slip out to from the dining area when it’s time to take the after-dinner conversation outside. At the end of the day, an extra luxurious primary retreat invites you to relax with big tub, dual vanities and to-die-for walk-in closet.
What do these two models share in common? Cindy says these and all Lennar homes utilize space in ways that work well for families. In other words, they’re designed for the way people actually live. “I think the best part of my job is helping families find their perfect fit,” she says. And since Cindy has lived in her Lennar home for 19 years—and still loves it—she’s speaking from experience.
