Same great tour. Different way to enjoy it.
The 2020 Tour of Homes is back. And, like always, it will showcase some of North Metro Denver’s finest residences. But taking a look at all the homes looks a little different this year. Fittingly sponsored by AtHome Colorado, this year’s tour has gone virtual. Meaning you’ll make each home stop, from your laptop.
The best news? The tour is online 24/7, so you can spend as much time in as many homes as you want, July 5 through August 31—including five beautifully designed residences in our Anthem Highlands and Anthem Reserve villages.
The Graycliff by Copper Homes is in Anthem Reserve, our intimate enclave on Broomfield’s highest point. This semi-custom residence features over 3,500 square feet of distinctive style (even more with the finished basement). Full of designer touches and personalized details, this home will be truly what you make of it.
Epic Homes’ Pinnacle is also in Anthem Reserve. A dramatic two-story entry looks all the way through to a bright and airy grand room. And the options are just as impressive—choose to add a private outdoor room off the owner’s suite, or a wine room for your favorite vintages.
If you’re looking for a ranch-style residence, this one-story home could be the one for you. Richmond American’s Arlington has an open and airy great room, a gourmet kitchen and oh-so-many options, including a finished basement and covered patio.
Of course, Richmond American does two-story homes equally well, as you’ll see with their Dayton plan. If you love entertaining, look no further, because this home has it all. Formal dining room. Gourmet kitchen. Huge island. Even a roomy loft upstairs. (We could go on, but suggest you see for yourself.)
Need a lot of bedrooms? Lennar’s Stonehaven has five—including four on the upper level. Need a lot of space (including the closet kind)? This home has that, too. With an expansive open floorplan, a three-car garage, and two huge walk-in closets in the owner’s suite.
Start your free tour any time (literally any time of day) from July 5–August 31 at TourOfHomesColorado.com. And if you’d like to drop by the tour homes in person, you can find them here:
