Epic Homes has arrived. And happily, so has the Pinnacle and Summit, two of their smartly designed and ultra flexible home plans. All framed up and ready to explore.
Join the fun at the Dusty Shoe Tour on Saturday, October 14, from 9-11am. Make your first stop the coffee/smoothie truck, our treat. Then, enjoy a mix from a live DJ as you wind your way through these exceptional plans. Look up and note the dramatic, two-story entries. Adjacent, there are studies tucked thoughtfully away from the living areas, providing a quiet home office. Note the excellent party potential of the big kitchens that open up to dining, grand rooms and outdoor rooms. Upstairs, meander through the master bedroom, pondering options such as a cozy fireplace and coffee bar. In fact, Epic’s plans are all about the options, ranging from 2 to 8 bedrooms, 2.5 to 5.5 baths and from 2,462 to 6,125 square feet. You can give your teens a suite for privacy (yours and theirs), give your in-laws a multi-generational room of their own, add outdoor rooms, a media room and that’s just the beginning. Epic’s homes starts from the $600s.
More to come, though. These are just two of the plans from Epic Homes, an independent Colorado builder known for building relationships as long-lasting as their homes. One final, fun fact: all of Epic’s homesites lie next to the Parkside Community Center, with some overlooking ponds, open space and trails, and offering unobstructed Flatiron mountain views. Which some just might describe as…epic.
Speaking of more to come, while you’re here, you can meet Anthem’s other new builder, Richmond American Homes. They’ll be bringing some great new plans of their own.
